Our story

Vančar Guesthouse - a family story of homeliness and tradition

What makes us unique is the homeliness that comes from our story. Our guesthouse in Bovec was lovingly created by grandmother Danijela and grandfather Anton Komac, and today it is run by their daughter Tjaša Komac. As a family business, we take pride in preserving tradition while the younger generation gradually takes over key roles. That’s why our guests feel relaxed, at home, and return year after year.
